How does the transmitter for wireless CANIFUGUE FUG1034 work?

The wireless pet containment system consists of 2 components: a transmitter and a collar. The transmitter has 2 operating modes: Fence mode or Protection zone mode.

When your transmitter is set to fence mode, the transmitter creates a “virtual” safety perimeter for your dog. You can adjust the transmitter’s transmitting power, allowing you to determine the zone in which you want your dog to roam freely.

In fence mode, when your dog, fitted with a collar, approaches the end of the authorized zone, he is warned by audible warnings or vibartions. If he continues to advance towards the forbidden zone, the collar emits electrostatic stimulations in addition to the audible warnings. Your dog will then naturally return to the authorized zone.

In protection zone mode, your dog must not approach the transmitter representing the prohibited zone. This mode can be used, for example, to protect your vegetable garden, a flower bed or access to the gate… In this case, when the dog fitted with the collar gets too close to the transmitter, it will be warned by beeps or vibrations. If he continues to advance, the collar will emit stimulations to draw him away from the forbidden zone.
